Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience in auto parts; knowledge of automotive systems and repairs; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure calls and orders (buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, or store-to-store) are processed promptly and customers informed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment processing.
• Oversee invoicing of merchandise, including cores and warranties, before products leave the store.
