Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs.
- Answer telephone according to policy and manage orders and transfers.
- Process buy online/ship to store, DC add orders and notify customers on shipment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves.
- Ensure day-to-day operations, including opening/closing duties and security.
