Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is desirable.
• Automotive systems knowledge is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise and improve customer service levels in the showroom and during shifts.
• Process BOPIS, store transfers, and shipments to customers promptly.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds using appropriate payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate policies.
