Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Answer telephone according to policy and manage order processing timelines.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds using correct methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and support daily operations.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with management when scheduling and clocking in/out.
