Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist in store operations, customer service, and shift coverage. Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases promptly.
