Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Wisconsin to help customers, stock shelves, and process transactions. You will assist shoppers, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support online/shipping alongside in-store pickup initiatives.

The role involves stocking, merchandise recovery, planograms, and participation in safety and shrink programs. Prior retail experience and a customer-focused mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking and planogram (POGs) processes; merchandise recovery and returns.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
