Michaels is seeking a store associate in Eau Claire, WI to help customers, stock shelves, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, merchandising, and omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role supports store recovery and maintains brand standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting rewards and credit programs, and upholding SOPs while delivering exceptional service in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
