Job summary

DHL is seeking a Retail Service Agent to provide retail customer support and ensure efficient creation and handling of shipments. The agent will operate independently at our new popup facility, opening and closing the location while ensuring compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing labels and documentation for domestic and international shipments, assisting with drop-offs or pickups of pre-labeled shipments, and

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role is preferred.
• Strong customer service experience is advantageous.
• Good computer skills and ability to multi-task are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers and promptly address inquiries and concerns (in person and via phone).
• Prepare labels and documentation for domestic or international shipments.
• Assist customers who need to drop off or pick up pre-labeled DHL shipments.
• Support operations, including sorting, shipment processing, and documenting status updates.
