DHL is hiring a Retail Service Agent to provide retail customer support and ensure efficient handling of shipments. The agent will operate independently at a new popup facility, opening and closing the location while complying with safety, security, and company policies.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers, preparing shipment labels, and processing documents. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and strong computer skills, with a preference for prior DHL experience.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge customers and address inquiries or concerns (in person and by phone).
• Prepare labels and documents for shipments (domestic and international).
• Assist customers dropping off or picking up pre-labeled DHL shipments.
• Support operations including sorting, shipment processing, and status updates.
