• Lead by example, uphold AEO customer service standards on Salesfloor and fitting room.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to maintain adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct development plans and reviews.
• Execute daily operations and maintain visual standards across store zones.
• Enforce store safety and asset protection policies and procedures.
