• Ensure contract training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Manage overtime to minimize costs as designated by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Handle payroll tasks, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; notify appropriate contacts.
