Job summary

Allied Universal has an immediate opening for a Site Supervisor for a Retail Outlet. Requires at least 6 months supervisory experience—preferably in security. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.

$20.12 / Hour, weekly pay, full benefits, opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site security operations, ensuring contract training and screening elements are met, maintaining staffing and scheduling, and responding to client requests

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets basic qualifications for security supervision.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; provide direction to subordinates.
