Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening requirements are met for security staff.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by the company.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary matters.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements.
• Make recommendations on security surveys and post orders.
