Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in South Chesterfield, VA. You will perform unarmed driving patrols at a logistics site, deter incidents, and maintain a visible, professional security presence while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires monitoring access, reporting incidents, and following site procedures, with a schedule that includes daytime shifts. A valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while following site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations.
• Perform regular and random patrols of the location exterior and interior.
• Monitor access points and activity of visitors and delivery drivers.
• Report suspicious activity and issues to site contacts and leadership.
