Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and background check.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately for site records.
