Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Installation and Service Technician to support retail customers across Northern Louisiana and central-southern Arkansas. You will install, repair, and service EAS, RFID and CCTV equipment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, keeping records, training customers, and maintaining inventory for first-time fixes. Travel and safe driving are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check to obtain low voltage license in LA/AR.
• Familiarity with electronics, networking, and CCTV/IP cameras.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair EAS, RFID and CCTV equipment in retail environments.
• Respond to service calls and maintain accurate work records.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to resolve issues and train on equipment.
• Maintain parts inventory to support first-time fixes and timely service.
• Provide customer satisfaction updates and identify service or sales opportunities.
• Operate company vehicle safely to service calls and keep it organized.
