Job summary

Fleet Farm in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive customer experience and lead a merchandising-focused team on the floor. You will train Team Members, ensure product knowledge, and execute planograms with accuracy.

In this role, you will coordinate daily merchandising tasks, respond to customer needs, and promote loyalty programs. A previous 1–3 years in retail leadership is preferred, with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to train and lead team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Prioritize and execute daily merchandising needs.
• In-aisle customer service and experience.
• Ensure proper product facing and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes.
• Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets.
• Read and implement planograms based on deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and initiatives.
