Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) in Myrtle Beach to lead a dynamic retail team and drive store performance.

You will coach associates, coordinate daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. This role requires flexibility to cover day, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts and a strong focus on teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people and resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations such as floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory returns.
