Steve Madden Retail is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support store leadership and drive performance across shifts. The role leads the team in sales targets, delivers exceptional customer service, and assists in daily store operations to keep merchandising and service standards high.

You'll work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, train and motivate staff, and adapt to a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people and resources.
• Excellent team-building abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales staff, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Support store operations, including merchandising, floor moves, cleaning, and inventory returns.
• Adapt to additional duties outside the role as needed.
