Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers and donors promptly and courteously.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in daily retail operations.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of merchandise to standards.
• Monitor donation processing and categorize items for the floor or storage.
• Demonstrate DURT principles with donor interactions and use the DURT Alert system as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment across sales floor, production, and intake areas.
• Schedule breaks to ensure continuous floor coverage and staffing.
• Track daily sales metrics and production goals; report discrepancies to management.
• Complete daily operational reports: transactions, donations, and production output.
• Enforce policies and escalate violations to management.
• Coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential.
