Qualifications

Strong written communication skills to create reports and professional business correspondence.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers and donors, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Lead, train, and coach team members in daily retail operations for efficiency and adherence to procedures.
Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of merchandise to maintain standards.
Monitor donations processing, categorization, pricing, and movement to floor or storage.
Maintain a clean, organized environment across all areas through regular upkeep.
Manage cash drawers and ensure cashier balancing per policies.
Schedule breaks to ensure continuous floor coverage.
Track daily sales metrics and reporting discrepancies to management.
Complete daily operation reports including transactions and donation volumes.
Enforce policies and escalate violations as needed.
