Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong written communication for reports and professional business correspondence.
• Effective verbal communication to present information clearly to supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Basic mathematics including decimals for everyday calculations.
• Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with diverse customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in daily retail operations to support efficiency.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of merchandise to maintain standards.
• Monitor donation processing and movement to sales floor or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment across all areas of the store.
• Manage cash drawers and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
