Staples is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You will help the team increase sales, conversions and service while delivering total solutions to customers.

This is a leadership niche intended for immediate onboarding and a strong customer-first mindset. Provide peer coaching to drive service excellence, ownership of merchandising and weekly sales plans, and flexibility to adapt to store needs.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to meet store needs.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflict.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions to every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Champion company initiatives and be flexible to other duties as assigned.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks and assist with operational tasks with the GM.
