Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience and consultative selling.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Lead floor operations to ensure a great customer experience across all departments.
• Support the GM with daily tasks and team coordination.
