Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. The role focuses on increasing sales, conversions, and service while engaging customers to provide total solutions.

Hiring immediately with flexible part-time or full-time hours. Responsibilities include coaching the store team, directing weekly sales and merchandising activities, and ensuring an exceptional store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Engage with customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching to store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversions.
• Oversee weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience in all store areas.
• Support company initiatives; adapt to changes and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an engaging, available environment for customers and staff.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach team on winning behaviors through role play and feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
