You will help increase sales, conversions, and service while actively engaging customers to provide total solutions. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for interview scheduling are noted.

Responsibilities include coaching peers, directing weekly sales and merchandising activities, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience with a focus on consultative selling and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
