Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience supervising associate-level staff
• Strong customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, coaching, and training to ensure efficient store operations and optimal customer experience.
• Supervise assigned department to support store profitability through proper receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and professional conduct, leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and resolve issues or errors as needed.
