Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Milpitas, CA to support the management team and lead a dynamic retail crew. You will oversee daily sales, customer service excellence, and operational tasks when store managers are absent.

With 2-3 years of retail experience, you will train staff, optimize floor presence, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth communication between customers, associates, and leadership. This role requires flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and returning products to inventory.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
