Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service in collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including merchandising, floor moves, and inventory duties.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
