Job summary

FashionUnited in Torrance, CA is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team, lead a dynamic sales floor, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will train staff, coordinate merchandising, and assist in daily store operations to meet business goals.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of retail experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
• Experience in training staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and managers.
• Communicate with customers, team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations, including merchandising and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside of your role as needed.
