Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Los Angeles to support the management team and lead a retail staff toward achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role you will train and develop the team, coordinate store operations including merchandising and floor moves, and serve as the liaison between customers and store leadership. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent team-building and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues promptly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations, merchandising, floor moves, and inventory when needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your role.
