FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team and lead a retail sales floor in Towson. You will inspire the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service while stepping in for managers when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in various store operations, including merchandising, floor moves, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and returning products to inventory.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
