PUMA in Carlsbad, NM seeks a customer-focused Store Associate to uphold brand values and deliver exceptional service. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and support payroll control while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly. Must be willing to work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed. Base pay is $19.90–$22.90 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a customer service retail environment.
• Ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and use basic computer software.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and be on feet for shifts.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Manage payroll control to keep location profitable while serving customers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and safety standards.
