Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues, ability to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and use MS Office and retail software.
• The ability to constantly walk and move about, with capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing employees.
• Payroll control and service driven scheduling to maintain a profitable location with high service levels.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership.
• Responsible for inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
