Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store according to brand values and service standards.
• Help the store achieve and exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Assist with payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering great service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.
