Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and teamwork, with basic MS Office and retail software skills. This role requires lifting up to 30 pounds and occasional non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and use MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per brand values and service standards.
• Help the store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist with payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering top service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
