Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Manteca, CA to develop and lead a high-performing retail team focused on guest engagement and revenue targets. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure staffing aligns with guest demand while modeling exceptional service.

You will leverage the sales proficiency process, data-driven insights, and collaboration with Retail Sales Managers to meet goals. A servant-leader approach will drive morale and performance across the store.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach the sales team through our proficiency process.
• Ensure staffing aligns with guest demand and staff skills.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Lead Sales Floor and Guest Engagement leadership responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete ongoing development training for team members.
• Follow style guides and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Address escalated guest situations and provide resolutions.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a culture of service and morale, enabling growth.
