Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptability.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions to every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Champion company initiatives and remain flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
