Job summary

FashionUnited in Texas is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team, lead a sales floor, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role steps in for Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager when needed, helping the team hit targets and uphold brand standards.

You will train and develop staff, coordinate merchandising and floor moves, manage display maintenance, and assist with inventory as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong team-building and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Address issues quickly and courteously with customers.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
