FashionUnited is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support a dynamic store team in New York. The role leads the sales team, delivers outstanding customer service, and coordinates operations in collaboration with store leadership.

The position requires 2-3 years in retail, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work varied retail hours. Comprehensive benefits and employee discount programs are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience is required or preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the sales team to reach targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations like merchandising, floor moves, display maintenance, and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform duties outside of your role.
