Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Sales Supervisor for King Street, Alexandria VA. The role partners with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience, operational excellence and the financial results planned for the business. The base pay is $25/hour with flexible schedules and opportunities for development.

You will lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory and ensure health, safety and brand standards are met across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service is essential.
• Retail leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong merchandising and product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver the retail strategy and a high performing culture.
• Optimise customer experience through service, selling skills and brand standards.
• Represent the brand and ensure operational excellence, safety and stock integrity.
• Manage stock, schedules and daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Coach and develop associates to meet objectives and metrics.
