Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is hiring a Sales Associate for our King Street, Alexandria VA store. The role offers flexible schedules with part-time (18-24 hours/week) or full-time (32-40 hours/week) options, and pay starting at $20/hour.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience - welcome customers and deliver an excellent journey in-store.
• Brand - act as a Brand Ambassador and ensure consistent experience.
• Product knowledge - learn range, allergens, sustainability, and demos.
• Stock - support deliveries, stock presentation, and stockroom safety.
