Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences through welcoming customers and answering questions to support the customer journey.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, sharing cocoa knowledge to ensure a consistent experience.
• Learn product range, run tastings and demonstrations, and communicate allergen information as needed.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow Health & Safety guidelines and participate in opening/closing procedures when needed.
