Job summary

Oakley in Miami, FL is seeking a Full-Time Sales Supervisor to partner with the store manager in running daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and protecting company assets.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, 1+ year of management, strong communication, bilingual abilities, and flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees.
• Assigns employees to tasks and assists with scheduling.
• Oversees merchandise displays and presentations for compliance with standards.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and established standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
