Job summary

Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Cincinnati Premium store to partner with the store manager in leading daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales, uphold visual standards, and protect company assets while developing the team.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment, one year in a leadership role, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• One year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop the team.
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing employees.
• Assigns tasks and assists with scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with visual presentation standards.
• Coordinates merchandise restocking and flow from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with company policies.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
