Job summary

Oakley is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS. You will work with the store manager to lead the team, deliver strong customer service, and drive sales while guarding assets and managing daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the floor/stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual proficiency.
