Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor to partner with the store manager in Day-to-Day store operations and customer service excellence. You will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintain visual standards, and support the team to protect assets and optimize profits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Ability to train staff and develop team performance.
• Bilingual abilities required or preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and helps schedule work hours per payroll matrix.
• Ensures adherence to visual presentation standards and company communications.
• Coordinates restocking and flows of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the store manager.
