Job summary

Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor to work with the store manager to master all aspects of store management and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, ensure visual standards, and protect assets while guiding the store team to meet revenue, profit, and service goals.

The role requires 2+ years of retail experience in a specialized environment and 1+ year in management, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees.
• Assigns employees to tasks and assists with scheduling work hours.
• Ensures compliance with visual presentation and company standards.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff adherence to company policies and standards.
• Performs additional tasks as directed by the store manager.
