Job summary

Oakley in Miami is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our store management team. You will work closely with the store manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold Oakley’s visual standards while protecting company assets.

The role involves training and supervising staff, scheduling, restocking, and ensuring policy compliance. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required; bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists store manager in training and managing employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and helps schedule work hours per payroll matrix.
• Ensures visual standards and merchandise presentation.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Ensures staff compliance with policies and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the store manager.
