Oakley in Phoenix is seeking a Sales Supervisor to work closely with the store manager, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will guide the store team to meet revenue, profit, and service goals while upholding Oakley’s visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move on the floor or in the warehouse, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to specific tasks and assists with scheduling work hours following the payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with company communications by overseeing merchandise preparation, displays, and presentations.
• Coordinates restocking of merchandise and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the store manager.
